Dr. Felix E. Eboibi is Scholar-Practitioner and committed to the advancement of law and policy. He is a holder of Doctor of Philosophy degree (Ph.D) in International Criminal Law and Master of Laws (LL.M - with Distinction) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Nigeria. He was the best graduating Ph.D (Law) student in 2013 and the first awardee of Ph.D (International Criminal Law) of the Faculty of Law, University of Nigeria, Enugu campus; Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) with Second Class Upper Division from the University of Calabar, Calabar, Nigeria. He is a validated Legal Practitioner in Nigeria and graduated from the Nigerian Law School, Abuja, Nigeria. He has acquired first-hand experience in the practice of law and the Principal Partner, J & E Legal Consult, Legal Practitioners, Nigeria. Dr. Eboibi is a Senior Lecturer & Head, Research Dept., Faculty of Law, Niger Delta University, Wilberforce Island, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. Dr Eboibi is a 2015 CODESRIA Laureate in Cybersecurity, Sovereignty and Democratic Governance in Africa, Democratic Governance Institute, Dakar, Senegal. Dr Eboibi holds professional certificates in Cybersecurity, Computer and Digital Forensics; Advanced Forensic Examination and Analysis of Electronic Evidence from the Computer Forensics Institute, Nigeria and First Digital & Techno-Law Forensics Co. Limited and consequently a Certified Forensics Examiner. Dr Eboibi is an Adjunct Lecturer of the Faculty of Law, African University of Technology and Management (UATM-Gasa Formation), Benin Republic. He is a member of the team of FAFI Facilitators for the Expedited Executive Programme of the Advanced Diploma in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Investigation of the Niger Delta University in collaboration with Uniworld Professional Training Academy (UPTA), USA and International Institute of Certified Forensic Investigation Professionals (IICFIP), USA. He is widely published both in domestic and international journals. His areas of research are; Cybercrime Law, Digital Forensics, Computer Law, Networks & Telecommunication Law, International Criminal Law, Criminal Law, Corporate Political Donations, Human Rights and International Humanitarian Law.
